Payments
We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, JCB & Solo.
All payments will appear as Conceptwear on your bank or credit card statement.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the UK only. We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force to dispatch all our goods. Proof of postage is always obtained. Should you require recorded delivery or next day delivery, please enquire before purchasing to ensure we can meet your request.
Our aim is to dispatch goods within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If a quicker delivery time is required please contact us before purchasing to ensure we can meet your request. We cannot be held responsible for royal mail delivery times or delays.
Postage costs are as follows:
Orders up to £50 - £4.50
Orders up to £100 - £9.50
Orders up to £200 - £12.50
Orders over £200 – £14.50
Returns Policy
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase we want to know about it. We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase without question or quibble!
Conditions
- All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned, in new condition, unworn with labels attached (if applicable).
- Please send back your items via recorded delivery to ensure that we get them. (We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.)
- Personalised or customised T-shirts cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return postage costs are only refunded when goods are faulty.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
